Requirements to Event Management Team:

40+ Classrooms required.

40 Student Volunteers required for Event Coordination.

150 Break Fast ,200 Lunch to all Company HR’s on the Job Drive Day.

200 (Small) water battles to all Company HR’s on the Job Drive Day.

200 Tea/Coffee to all Company HR’s on the Job Drive Day at 11.00AM (Optional)

Good Job Mela Publicity.

Accommodation & Food Facility to my Event Management Team (8 Employees) for 3 Days (Optional)

2 Computers, 2 Printers, Xerox & 2 Paper Bundle to Event Management team

We( www.freshersjobfair.in ) take care the Following:

1) Clients: We take care of Local & Out Station Clients Transportation & Accommodation Facilities.

2) Publicity: We send 1 Lakh Mass Email through Naukri, Found-IT & Times Job Portals to Students/Job Seekers.

We send 1 Lakh SMS to all the Students/Job Seekers.

We do 100 Job Postings in the Job Portals like Naukri, FoundIT, Indeed ,Times Job etc

We do Social Media Publicity in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn , YouTube etc

3) Event Management:

We (Event Team) will reach College, 3 days before the Job Drive, we take care of all the arrangements & the Entire Job Drive Event.

Requirements to Students:

Water Cans at multiple places for Students

Xerox facility for few students (paid Service).

Breakfast & Lunch facility to few Students (paid Service)

We Collect Registration Fees Rs: 300/- from each walk-in Student.

Students should come with a minimum 8 to 10 Resumes.

Student Walk-in (Registration) time from 8.00AM to 2.00PM

JOB TRAINING:
1) Around 20 hours of the training program, including Resume Preparation, Career counselling, Individual Student Preparation, Uploading Resume in Job Portals, Applying Resume to Companies through Job Portals, updating Resume in Social Media, Applying Resume through Social Media, Mock Interviews, Training on Communication & Leadership Skills

JOB PLACEMENTS:
1) We Conduct Exclusive Campus Drive in the College

2) Scheduling Internship/Job Interviews to Students

3) Scheduling Students Interview at Clients Office

4) We schedule telephonic Interview to Students

5) Scheduling on-line Interview to Students

6)Through Job Portals & Social Media, we make sure Students receive direct Interview calls & E-mails from Companies.
